The worst hair dresser I have ever been to. Has absolutely no idea about colouring hair. During the wash I said I was thinking about going blonde and asked how they would approach this, if they use olaplex in this salon (trying to see if I trusted them to do a colouring). The response I got was ridiculous and showed a complete lack of knowledge on hair colouring and ended with them saying "we could do black roots with red tips"... umm is that really what you suggest to a customer who has just told you they want blonde and has shown you photos of blonde hair? Needless to say I didn't bother talking to them about colour any further. The worst part of the whole process was the "hair dresser" couldn't even get knots out of my hair (knots she created when washing) so used her fingers to snap my hair. YES SNAPPED MY HAIR!! TWICE!!! The hair dresser named Jess then took my hair out the back and laughed in the back room to her colleague to "check this out, I just pulled this out". The salon also uses cheap combs and brushes such as the "de-tangler" that you can buy for $10 which is probably why the knots weren't coming out. Also no knowledge on how to even use a hair drier, using up and down motions rather than just smooth downward motions causing fly away hairs (which I now have a lot of thanks to my hair being snapped off) to stand up in a frizz. I'm angry at myself that I allowed this to happen, I should have left and not paid! Ended up paying more than I was told as well because I just wanted to get out of there! What a joke! If you go, don't say you weren't warned!
