Went to spotlight. However the cafe is excellent. Good coffee, food & friendly staff. One of my regular refreshment stops.
Very disappointed. Tables were left with dirty plates and cups for far too long, floors looked like they hadn't been swept, we had to ask for the table we sat at to be wiped clean, we witnessed one table being cleared of dirty utensils and the table was not wiped over, poor selection of fresh made sandwiches and rolls for a Friday lunchtime, and they were not busy. Won't be hurrying back.
The food & coffee here are very good. It is child friendly & the staff are always happy & friendly. It gets very busy at lunch though & it can be tough to get a table - some more outdoor seating along the rover side might help.
Good food. Great friendly staff. Unusual spot for a cafe and the only one around the area, but that didn't mean poor service due to the monopolised area.
