Best service! Been to multiple phone shops looking to have a screen protector put on whilst I have a case that is made to not have oneEvan at this store was able to work out a way to get it on & had such good customer service I just had to get my work phone re-done whilst I was there tooDefinitely coming back next time I need any of my phone needs met

Have had multiple screens replaced here for kids iPhones - ALWAYS very polite service & fast while you wait or shop service. Have also bought protector cases & screen protectors. I have always been very happy with quality & price of work done. I don't know how much others charge but when I can walk in with a smashed screen 10 minutes before closing & they happily replace it for me immediately, if it costs slightly more than elsewhere pffffffftttttt it's worth it for the convenience as far as I'm concerned.

Replaced the rear of my S8+ incorrectly, which caused it to crack, along with this it was a fake back. Have had it done again by "Just Smart Devices" in Aldgate. Was half the price along with giving the correct back replacement, furthermore I was notified that Joy Phone had not cleaned the original residue/sealant which caused the back to crack again. Would highly not recommended Joy Phone.

Wanted to charge $170 to repair a slightly cracked screen on a 6 year old phone. Went to Cashies next door & got a newer phone for $70. Did not answer phone enquirery. Way over priced, would not recommend or go back.
