Went in to try and see if we could receive flowers for a deposit we placed on some wedding flowers (which wedding was cancelled and we gave over 4 months notice of) as we know a refund would not be possible, we thought it reasonable to receive a product at least for the amount of deposit paid. At first they agreed and said it would be fine only to mid conversation become quite rude and unprofessional in their customer service saying no to the thing they already said they would do and continued to talk back and speak rudely towards us until they offered to pay half the deposit back into our account, which we agreed to. In saying that, the cusomter service was immature, rude and unprofessional. I never have seen such terrible communicating to a customer for a conversation which was completely civil until that sudden change of their mind. I dont mind the fact a deposit is non refundable (which is common knowledge in the wedding industry) but i dont appreciate being treated so disrespectfully. Would not recommend this service.
Amazing little place in Mount Barker. The quality of flowers are fantastic and last a very long time.
