Extremely helpful and very patient. I am learning to sew... wow hard work for me but they made it simple and were encouraging me to give it a go. My 2 granddaughters chose the fabric and ribbon for their outfits so up to wash fabric then cut. My girls are taller so given ideas to include a reasonable length that they liked ... my 2 girls said they had fun...they are 3 and 7 years old.
Nice big store. Lots of room to move around. Friendly staff even helped me find what I was looking for.
It's not the biggest Spotlight Store, but they mostly have the things I want, if I go there to buy something specific. Most of the staff know what they are talking about. There is one staff member called Brad, that has helped me on about 3-4 occasions & his knowledge & customer service was impeccable!! I would certainly recommend him for any customer service in any employment!!
