I went to the store on 2/2/19 my brother who is 43 and does not look anywhere near 18, I myself am 32 and my sister in law is 27 she was not even able to purchase with ID because your store has a 'if you look below 30' policy. I have never been asked for ID because clearly l look well older then 30 & my brother is 43. We were looking forward to enjoying some beverages but were all denied because of one who lacked ID, if my parents who are over 60 were there according to the same policy would have been barred for 24 hours also. This is utterly unprofessional & you staff are clearly unable to distinguish age difference...and I find this discriminatory. I will be contacting the head office and consumer affairs to lodge an official complaint. Until you deal with this management issue none of us will be making a purchase any time soon.

Variety is great. I can get whiskies I can't source anywhere else, and sloe gin other places seldom to never stock. The craft beer range is impressive. Overall best variety around and pricing so competitive. Staff are helpful and well versed, and the store and grounds are tidy.
