Absolutely terrible service. Waited over 5 weeks for a key to be ordered in. Visited twice to get an update - they even took photos of the key each visit to double check! When finally told it had arrived went in again, she couldn't find it. When she finally found them, it wasn't what I'd asked for or ordered. Refund given with no apology whatsoever. Customer service was very sad and amazingly unfriendly. Even started slamming things around trying to work out how to even process the refund.Certainly won't be returning to be treated like that again.
Always receive terrific service here. I cant telly you how many times I've had soles replaced on boots/shoes but it is definitely better than replacing the shoe and theses guys do it in double time. Highly recommended.
