Lights are on but no one's home, needed some help with a form after finishing a 12hr day only to find station abandoned. There should of been at least one person attending the desk....
Excellent follow through on cases. Professionally handled queries in most cases. It is difficult to get through on station phone though and at times the station is not open to public. I would expect that is to do with the nature of their work though.
If there was a 'no star' rating I would have used that. Don't bother phoning them. They ignore incoming calls!!!!!!!!!!
why does no-one here ever answer the phone.....have been trying 3 times a day for a week now.......and i am trying to return the call from someone there!!
Absolutely useless.. rang multiple times and couldn't get through.. why bother having a number that is unreachable.
