She really helped me pin point what I needed to do to improve my skin, and the improvements showed even after the first session. Great customer service and beautiful products. The salon and Stirling area is lovely too.
Very professional. A wealth of knowledge and fixed my skin condition that had been misdiagnosed by one of the franchise skin clinics. From my initial consultation they set a treatment plan and the results I got were fantastic. I have regained my self confidence. Thank you.
This team brought me to tears. I have had to cancel a few times due to a terminal illness, a toddler and being unable to drive, so working appointment times around my husband that does 16 hour days. May I add they also phoned on two occasions to change appointment times which i could not accomodate due to my situation. Instead of being polite and asking for a reason, they said they could no longer book my appointment without a deposit. This was said in an extremely rude manner and when I then tried to explain my situation I was met with not an ounce of understanding. I hope they dont treat all of their customers this way, it was a very unfortunate experience as I was very much looking forward to going. I hope in future they have more empathy towards their customers. I also followed the businesses policy and gave 48 hours notice before having to cancel.
