I shouldn't have to ecplain to an RAA staff member what a crash report is, why I need one and why they should know what im talking about. The RAA are useless unless you have a flat battery. Impossible to get any information out of, even after you've been directed to them and have very specific and clear questions for them. Honestly so disappointed with this service that I'd rather leave and save the money I waste on them.
