Beautifil practice!
Elderly pensioner- visited the vet as my old dog had a sore leg. Was made to feel very uncomfortable, was asked if worming & flea treatment was up to date, which brands did i use etc, was told my dog has dental disease & given a quote of $500. Not much time was given to the problem I had presented with. I left the clinic feeling that I was an irresponsible pet owner. I do not have much money but I do try & do the best for my dog. This practice is a well run operation, trying to make money with little compassion given to peoples circumstances.
Awesome customer service
This vet clinic seemed more focussed on a hard sell of its products rather than animal care. But of most concern, and the reason for this review, is that they tried to push their dried food, Hills Pet Foods, for my dog. Thankfully I checked it out on line with the result of devastating reviews on a US consumer's affair forum. Please check this before you feed this to your animals. I sent the link to the vet practice but they did not respond!
