After initially getting an appraisal from Michael it took myself a year to establish my new home to a point where I could put it on the market. Michael through this period was patient and considerate keeping in touch to see how I was progressing. Once ready, with further discussions the house was put on the market with additional plans in place due to myself being overseas after the initial open. I was really impressed with the speed at which the house sold, achieving a price that was talked about during the initial appraisal.
