Started off ok, but then went south real fast
Thank you Fiona and Troy for making the transition of new tenants into my property so painless. Within one working day you had new tenants signed up and finally found a tenant that appreciates our house as much as we do. Your level of communication is absolute second to none and every call was positive and informative. My property is in very capable hands.
Firstly, not too sure what these other comments are on about (sound like rivals to me). I was completely blown away by the service not only from Sandra, but from the Property Management side of the business as well. Would highly recommend.
Not the best worded review by Jim Bob, I agree Lindsay but we also had a negative experience with SBRE. Sandra herself was all charm until we put an offer in that was scoffed at. We felt we were not taken seriously after that, gave us the impression we were wasting her time & hardly bothered to follow up on our enquiries on another property she had listed. We ended up buying a different property for almost $100k more from a different RE company only weeks later and that experience couldnt have been more positive. Her astronaut ad is horrendous too!
