Purchased an MY19 Colorado, Craig and the team were more than accommodating. Car had to go back for a small warranty issue but was dealt with strait away. We also have a Colorado 7 which gets serviced there. Have had a few warranty issues but they are sorting them for us. Can recommend dutton Holden.
I recently purchased a vw from the guys at duttons, and at the time I was to excited to kick up a fuss but I was not impressed with the service. I was lied to about the interest rate for my finance, they also said they were going to put some good quality tyres I found the ones they used for $75 each, full the tank up with fuel it only had half a tank and detail the car which was not satisfactory.I would not recommend duttons mount barker for those reasons.
After recently moving to the area, I sought out for a service and dealership, reading reviews and being pointed to Dutton's, I did so on two occasions for my regular service. In the last instance, there has been numerous issues with Dutton's. I highly DO NOT recommend Dutton's Adelaide Hills.After having damage done to my vehicle whilst it was serviced, I tried to amicably resolve the issue in person with several service managers, of which none gave me a satisfactory answer, denying said claims of the damage which was clearly visible on the vehicle. Their customer service was and still is, shocking. Further, their wash/clean of the vehicle post service was very average (I do not expect it to be washed, but if you do it, do it properly!) The cost of the repair to the vehicle for the damage they had done was not thousands, however still a reasonable amount. This has resulted in me exercising my right in taking legal action against Dutton's Adelaide Hills.DO NOT RISK YOUR VEHICLE. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE FOR ANY REPAIRS OR SERVICING.
