Appalling service. Used twice, each time car took twice as long for service due to mechanic incompetence (their explanation). But dont worry, I wont be charged for the extra labor needed to fix their mistake!!!! Never again.

The team at Mount Barker are fantastic. Always friendly and helpful.I feel listened to and understood, nothing is too hard. Making a service booking is quick and easy. There always seems to be someone there to answer the phone, there is never too long to wait to be answered or booked. The service team speak in terms I understand.When test driving a Hyundai Veloster, I pre booked the test drive and when we arrived at the dealership (Mt Barker), the vehicle was there ready to go. I was so impressed... I bought it! :)
