Went to have our airbags replaced under recall (Nissan's). Very nice people, both cars done quickly, free coffee and wi-fi while we waited, very nice new looking showroom with a couple of cars I could have easily driven away in...something to do with the shortage of money prevented this, unfortunately! They made me confident enough to serioussly consider them if I ever win that lottery.
